Glow is celebration of elemental experiences – heat, steam, + water – woven into the framework of a reclaimed brick structure in Salt Lake City’s booming Granary district.

This place creates a moment of stillness in the bustling urban fabric that feels timeless and tactile… where body and environment merge to support health, wellness, and reflection. This place exists as a sanctuary to reset mind and body.

Two badass women (shredding skiers, rafters, runners, and all around life loving mama’s) collaborated to create a cultural hub for a thriving community of people that work hard, play hard, and rejuvenate between epic adventures… or just need a break from daily life.

The architecture is minimal, honest, and respectful of the history that came before – with an intentionally muted palette and slow spaces to calm the mind. Do yourself a favor and GLOW!
