The Chapel + The Library

High West Distillery is a staple in Park City culture.  What started as a small craft distillery has grown into a global spirit that can be spotted in quality cocktail bars from Brooklyn to London. 

The Cirque crew has been lucky enough to help bring that story to life with tasting rooms, event spaces, and dining rooms in High West’s amazing Distilleries.  Lovingly referred to as The Chapel and The Library, these two tasting rooms were under-utilized pockets of space at High West’s Wanship compound. 

The story is obviously all about the whiskey!  Floating plate steel shelves, glowing leather backdrops, and rough-sawn oak accents harness the Western speakeasy vibe of our favorite local spirit and create a comfy locale for sipping a little taste of the Park City.  Pony up to the bar, soak in the knowledge, and leave a taste for us!
